Positions within our company fall under the following classifications

Precast Concrete Production Workers
Employees may be unskilled or semi skilled and are employed to produce our precast concrete products. Experience with concrete finishing and welding is desirable. 

Production Management
Managers or supervisors who supervise the production of precast concrete products and the management of our sites to achieve quality products within cost targets. An ability to lead people, manage costs, train and ensure high standards of quality and health and safety compliance are prerequisites for these positions.

Warehouse Coordinators
Employees in this category handle warehouses, and the accurate despatch and packing of goods outwards as well as organisation of receipt of goods inwards.

Wastewater Treatment Service Technicians
Employees in this category work mainly in our Victorian based service business undertaking scheduled preventative and breakdown service on domestic and commercial wastewater treatment plants. An electrical connect-disconnect qualification is desirable and we also employ Electricians to support installations and rewiring work.

Estimators
Employees in this category calculate costs of supplying precast concrete products to our customers and act as an interface between the Sales and Marketing and Production teams in our business to ensure that customer requirements are met. A high level of ability to understand engineering drawings, develop new product drawings and bills of materials as well as understand the precast concrete production process are necessary for this role.

Internal Sales
Our employees in this area solve customer problems and provide the best solutions for them from our extensive range of products and services. Our internal sales team also coordinate the logistics of sending our products to customers. A desire to service customers to a high standard, good spoken and written communication skills and an ability to learn product ranges are highly desirable.

External Sales
Our external sales force meets with customers and specifiers in the market to provide them with solutions. An ability to be a self-starter and achieve sales targets as well as external sales experience are prerequisites for these roles. We also value people who have prior experience in the precast concrete, metal access cover and grates, pipeline or wastewater industries who have solid technical knowledge.

Administration
Our administration team handle and assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control and Accounting and Finance functions.
